Guy Clermont

Hired at Soudures J.M. Tremblay in 1978 by Mr. Pierre Tremblay, Mr. Clermont’s experience as a welder, assembler, assessor and manager makes him a valuable asset. In 1987, he becomes vice-president of Groupe Tremblay and oversees the bidding and manufacturing departments of the company.

Mr. Clermont excels in plan analysis, welding techniques and working methods on construction sites and also works closely on the continuous improvement of all procedures. He makes sure operations run smoothly and heads the upcoming generation in the management buyout process.
