Observations and inspections help identify gaps, document required measures and support follow-up during execution.
Employee participation
Team participation allows observed conditions to be raised and contributes to prevention measures.
Open communication
Hazards, sequence changes, interfaces and controls must be discussable among the people concerned.
Health and safety in an integrated mandate
